    Outdoor Training is the opportunity to get to know each other in a deeper way, to clarify the talents and capacities that have always been part of us, only that we never take the time to exploit and / or enhance. We seek  create a space in which participants can acquire new skills and knowledge; express and reflect on their wishes and aspirations; and finally, detach from what hinders part of their development; all this through play and socialization among peers.

    For us, the execution of any activity through values is of vital importance.  In this case Effort, because we do not reach any goal in life without working for it;  Passion, because it is the engine of motivation;  Communication, since it is the only means to  the agreement and to convey the vision of each of the team members; and Leadership, simply because no human group has had mobility or impact without having a leader to guide them.
